These terms govern your use of zoomies.me and any purchases made through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Who We Are

Zoomies is an ebike parts and accessories retailer based in Toronto, Ontario. We sell components, tools, and accessories for electric bicycles. We do not sell complete, road-ready vehicles unless explicitly listed as such.

Your Account

You may need to create an account to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or are used to abuse our systems.

Products & Pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices accurate. That said, errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing it. We're not obligated to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price.

Product availability can change without notice. If something you ordered goes out of stock, we'll let you know and offer a substitution or a full refund.

All prices on the site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship the product — not when you receive your order confirmation email. Until the item ships, we may cancel or decline the order for any reason.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac e-Transfer. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. For Interac e-Transfer orders, your order ships once the transfer has been received and confirmed.

Shipping

Orders ship from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post, Purolator. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier. We provide tracking on every order.

Free shipping applies to parts orders over $135 shipped within Canada. Full bicycles are excluded from free shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, transit times and conditions are the carrier's responsibility. We'll help you file a claim or resolve issues, but we can't guarantee delivery dates set by third-party carriers.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We don't accept returns on clearance items, installed parts, or items damaged through use. If something arrives damaged or defective, that's on us — contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — product images, copy, logos, code, and design — belongs to Zoomies or its licensors. You're welcome to browse and shop, but you can't copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Zoomies sells parts and accessories. We are not responsible for how those parts are installed, used, or maintained. Ebike builds involve electrical and mechanical work — if you're not sure what you're doing, consult a qualified technician.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoomies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Prohibited Conduct

Don't use this site to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting fraudulent orders, harassing our staff, or interfering with other customers' experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
