How do I place an order?

Add what you need to your cart and check out — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac e-Transfer. Every order ships from Toronto, Ontario with tracking.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator. Most Canadian orders arrive in 1–5 business days depending on your region. International timelines vary — you'll get a tracking number either way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on parts orders over $135. Full bicycles are excluded. Shipping is calculated at checkout for international orders.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
