How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator. Most Canadian orders arrive in 1–5 business days depending on your region. International timelines vary — you'll get a tracking number either way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on parts orders over $135. Full bicycles are excluded. Shipping is calculated at checkout for international orders.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
