Return Policy
If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's how
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something shows up damaged, defective, or just isn't what you expected, we have a straightforward process to get it sorted.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After that window closes, we can't accept the item back — so don't sit on it.
What Qualifies
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging, with all included parts and documentation
- In resaleable condition — no scratches, scuffs, or signs of mounting
If you opened the box to inspect the part, that's fine. If you installed it, rode on it, and decided it's not for you, that's a different situation — see "What Doesn't Qualify" below.
What Doesn't Qualify
We can't accept returns on:
- Parts that have been installed, wired, or mounted — even briefly
- Electrical components that have been powered on or programmed (controllers, displays, throttles)
- Cut cables, trimmed brake lines, or shortened housings
- Clearance or final-sale items — these are marked at the time of purchase
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
If you're unsure whether a part is right before you install it, reach out. We'd rather help you confirm compatibility upfront than deal with a return after the fact.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, that's on us — not you. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or defect
- A photo of the packaging (for shipping damage claims)
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping on defective or damaged items.
Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong part, email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item immediately and arrange a prepaid return label for the wrong one. No cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Don't ship anything back without contacting us first. Here's the process:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return
- We'll review your request and reply within one business day
- If approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the item back — pack it securely in the original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Unauthorized returns — items sent back without contacting us first — may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (changed your mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), you're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item. Here's what to expect:
- Inspection — we check the item within 2 business days of receiving it
- Processing — once approved, the refund is submitted the same day
- Your statement — depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different part, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is faster for both of us and ensures you get the right item without waiting for the return to arrive.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it's shipped, you'll need to follow the return process above.
