Shipping Policy

How we get your parts from our warehouse to your door

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario. We ship via Canada Post and Purolator — no other carriers. Every order gets a tracking number, no exceptions.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm PST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. During high-volume periods we may need an extra day, but we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Once your order ships, delivery depends on your location and which carrier is used:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can push timelines. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, reach out and we'll look into it.

Carriers

We use two carriers and choose based on the size, weight, and destination of your order:

Canada Post — handles most standard parts shipments. Reliable for small to medium packages across Canada. Offers Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost options depending on what you select at checkout.

Purolator — used for larger, heavier shipments and when faster delivery is needed. Purolator Ground and Purolator Express are available at checkout for eligible orders.

You'll see the available shipping options and rates at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. We don't mark up carrier rates.

Free Shipping

Orders over $135 qualify for free shipping within Canada. A few things to know:

  • Free shipping applies to parts and accessories only — full bicycles are excluded
  • Free shipping uses our standard service (typically Canada Post Expedited or Purolator Ground)
  • If you want a faster option, you can upgrade at checkout and pay the difference
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders go out via Canada Post International or Purolator International depending on the destination and package size. Rates are calculated at checkout.

A few things international customers should know:

  • Delivery times vary widely — anywhere from 5 to 25 business days depending on the country and customs processing
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility — these are charged by your country, not by us
  • We mark all shipments with accurate declared values — we don't under-declare or mark items as gifts
  • Some items (lithium batteries in particular) may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to hazmat regulations

If you're unsure whether we can ship a specific product to your country, email us before ordering.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your tracking at any time from your order history.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, check with neighbours, your building's mailroom, or any safe drop locations. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Large & Oversized Items

Motors, frames, and full wheel assemblies may ship in oversized boxes. These shipments are typically handled by Purolator due to size and weight limits with Canada Post. Oversized surcharges, if any, are reflected in the shipping rate at checkout — no surprise fees after the fact.

Batteries & Hazmat

Lithium battery packs are classified as dangerous goods for shipping purposes. We package and label them according to Transport Canada and IATA regulations. This means:

  • Battery shipments may be limited to ground transport only (no air freight)
  • Some remote or northern destinations served only by air may not be eligible for battery shipments
  • International battery shipments are subject to the destination country's import rules

If you're ordering a battery and aren't sure about shipping to your location, ask us first.

Signature & Delivery Instructions

High-value orders may require a signature on delivery. If you need to leave special delivery instructions (buzz code, side door, hold at depot), add a note at checkout or email us after placing your order.

We're not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your area has porch theft issues, consider requesting a hold-at-depot option through the carrier's website once you have your tracking number.

Order Issues
