Why us?
I know our adapter is more expensive than others, but it's worth it. Braking power matters more than you realize—and it's your life at stake. ZTTO believes aluminum alloy nails should never be used as brake disc supports. I'm genuinely concerned when I see others use aluminum alloy adapters. Yeah, it may not break immediately, but someday… it will. So we insist on fully enclosed, through-bolt steel nails, resulting in significantly higher manufacturing costs, processing complexity, and production time. Yet this delivers strength matching original center lock discs, even surpassing some riveted versions. You can use any 6-bolt disc without concerns.

Thicken 2.3mm
More materials greatly enhance the rigidity and heat resistance of the disc, which is very helpful when riding in the mountain.

With the adapter, you don't have to tight in 6 screws, you just need to put the disc on the adapter, and use lockring , which is exactly the same as a normal center-lock disc.
HIGH-STRENGTH MATERIAL- Compatible with Metal pad and Resin/Semi-metal pads
Rotor outer part use high-strength stainless steel material.

ROTOR INSTALLATION
Disc caliper brakes slow the bike by converting the speed and energy of the bicycle into heat. The system can generate significant heat from slowing the wheel and bike. Allow rotor and caliper to cool before touching or servicing.
The rotor diameter may vary between models and brands. Common rotor diameter sizes are 140mm, 152mm, 160mm, 185mm, and 203mm. The brake caliper, bike frame, and rotor diameter must be compatible.
The rotor and brake pads should be kept clean of oils and grease. If pads become contaminated, it is best to replace them. When cleaning the rotors or washing the bike, remove wheel and remove pads from bike. Use isopropyl alcohol or similar solvent when cleaning rotor surface of dirt or film. Do not use a solvent or cleaner that contains oils or leaves an oily residue.
Tools Needed
1. ZTTO BB91 wrench
2. Lint-free rags4. Isopropyl alcohol
Steps
1.Remove the wheel.
2..Remove the used disc from the wheel.
3. Clean hub and new disc with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure that the hub threads and hub mounting surface are free of dirt and grit.
4.Place the adapter , and then place the disc on the hub mounting surface with the markings facing outward from the spokes. Ensure the arrow the disc is pointing in the direction of forward wheel rotation.then use wrench to tight the lock ring 40Nm.
Caution: Do not over tighten the disc screws, to prevent damage to the threads, disc or screws.
7.Reinstall the wheel.
8. Spin the wheel to ensure that the disc is not rubbing against the brake pads. If the disc rubs, re-align the caliper. Refer to the Brake Installation and Set-up instructions, as needed.
